How often do you interact with a company in which you know their core values?
How often do you actually know what a business stands for and bases their decisions off of?
Do you know Amazon’s core values? What about Walmart?
I sure don’t know what they stand for. I have no idea what they’re expecting from their employees or the general culture of their business.
One of my favorite things about being a customer (before I even worked for LJW) of Lexi J Wellness and now an employee is that you know exactly what you’re getting.
You know exactly how people in this organization are going to treat you. You know exactly how they will be living their life.

These values’ roots run deep. It’s how we make decisions. It’s the tool by which we measure our staff. It’s the compass that guides us into the future and “to the moon” as we like to say.
Each of these core values was hand selected by Lexi early on in the creation of Lexi J Wellness and she has truly led by example and embodied these core values each and every day.
She has modeled this so well that our community follows suit.

Gritty gals working hard every single day despite their current circumstances. A community of women ready to build one another up when someone is having an off day. A celebration of caring for our physical bodies as well as our mental state. Women being honest about their struggles with absolute strangers on the internet despite wanting to keep their difficulties to themselves.
Our core values are only enhanced because of you. Practice them and live them out in your own life.
