LJW Habit Tracker
- Log in to your account and go to the Workout Library
- Press the “Start Workout” button on the homepage
- Watch the workout all the way through until it’s complete (this part matters)
- A pop-up will appear prompting you to “Complete Today’s Workout”
Once you confirm, your workout will be logged as complete and reflected in your calendar.
Follow the same steps above. When the completion pop-up appears, select “Select Different Day” and pick the date you’d like to log.
This is perfect for when you want to complete a workout from earlier in the week!

Please remember, you must watch the video in it's entirety. Don't exit out early, or the pop up won't appear.
Are you in the Facebook browser?
- If you watch workouts using Facebook’s in-app browser, Habit Tracker pop-ups will not appear. To ensure your workout is tracked correctly, please open the video in an external browser. Simply tap the link on facebook, select the three dots, and choose “Open in external browser."
Are you using a browser on your TV?
- We're currently working on how to resolve this issue, but you may not get the prompt on your TV. You'll have to log on your phone and get the pop up that way.
Are you casting to your TV?
- After watching the workout, you should get the pop up on the device your casting on.
If all else fails, you can scroll to the end of the video, wait for the pop up to appear, and then mark the day as complete.

Each week locks on Sunday night at 11:59 PM. To make sure your workouts count, log them before the weekly reset.

- Click the badge you want to share
- Save the badge by following the on-screen prompts
- Open Instagram, create a new story, and upload the saved image

No, you can do just workouts, just nutrition or both!
Everyone that meets the eligibility of the consistency parameters will be put into a drawing and be drawn randomly, so everyone that shows up & does the work will be eligible to win big prizes!
Workout Questions
After subscribing, you receive immediate access to the LJW workout library as well as six new, guided workouts weekly! Lexi does the entire workout “with” you so you feel as if you’re working out alongside a friend.
- Create your login OR login to an existing account.
- If you're a first-time member, you should receive a separate account activation email. Click the link to activate your account!
- Remember to use the same email that you purchases the workouts with while logging in.
- Go to your account to access the workout library!

Yes, depending on which subscription you purchased, your membership will renew every 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or after 1 year.
YES! LJW workouts are scalable to all fitness levels and Lexi offers modifications to ensure that you can stay active throughout your pregnancy, making delivery and postpartum smoother!
However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before engaging in physical activities.
No! The LJW Facebook group is great for extra accountability, support and camaraderie but it’s not at all required!

You can earn points by writing us a review or referring a friend. Please visit our Rewards page to sign up and to view other ways to earn points.
Using your points toward your subscription is easy! First go to your account and click "manage subscription". Scroll down to where it says "Use Your Points" and redeem whichever coupon you'd like. Copy the code and paste it where it says "+ Add Discount" in the order details section. The discount should now apply to your next payment!
You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website and visiting our rewards page.
Yes, customers keep their tier status for a minimum of 12 months and have 12 months to either maintain or upgrade their status.
No, we offer $5, $10, $15 and $25 discount redemptions.
You will receive points from referring a friend after our 7 day approval period once they complete their purchase. These codes can be used by new customers only.
No. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
After completing "add your birthday" you will receive your points after a 30 day pending period. If you entered a birthdate that has already passed, you will receive points the following year.
