At Lexi J Wellness, we embrace the diversity of our community, with each member pursuing unique goals. Our eight-week Consistency Challenge rewards everyone who commits to showing up and putting in the work—giving all participants an equal chance to win prize money.
WORKOUTS
Complete 44 of the 48 LJW workouts to qualify for prizes. Workout completion will be tracked in the Habit Share App.
Integrity matters—please respect the effort of those honestly working toward prize eligibility.
NUTRITION
Three tier options:
- Tracking food only
- Hitting your protein goal 90% of the time during the challenge
- Hitting your protein & calorie goal 90% of the time during the challenge

LJW WORKOUT CHALLENGE
In order to participate and be eligible for the LJW Consistency Challenge prizes, you must:
- Be a subscriber to the LJW Guided Workouts on lexijwellness.com
- Download the Habit Share app, add leslie@lexijwellness.com, share your "LJW" habit with Leslie, and mark completed/missed workouts over the span of nine weeks.
At the end of the six weeks, THREE members that have completed a minimum of 44 out of a possible 48 workouts will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize of:

With consistency being the determining factor, EVERYONE is EQUALLY incentivized! The ball is in your court. You’ll develop physical health by regularly working out and mental health by keeping a promise to yourself!

Habit Share App
HOW TO TRACK WORKOUTS:
- Download the Habit Share App
- Create an Account with your first and last name
- Add leslie@lexijwellness.com as a friend
- Create a habit titled “LJW Challenge”
- Once accepted as a friend, tap your LJW habit > Edit > Shared With > Share with Leslie Nail
- Check in each day you complete the workout and if you miss a day please mark it red
FAQs:
- Workouts must be completed by Sunday each week
- If you miss a workout and make it up later, mark the original day as completed. For example, if you miss Monday HIIT and make up the workout on Sunday, mark Monday green
- You do not need to create a new habit for each challenge, it does carry over

LJW NUTRITION CHALLENGE
**To qualify for nutrition consistency prizes, you must submit at least 7 assessments out of the 8 weeks.**
TOP TIER: $500
- MUST track hit protein & calories 52 of the 56 days
- Everyone eligible will be entered in a drawing for $500 cash prize
SECOND TIER: $300
- MUST hit protein 52 of the 56 possible days
- Everyone eligible will be entered in a drawing for $300 cash prize
THIRD TIER: $200
- MUST track fully everyday
- Everyone eligible will be entered in a drawing for $200 gift card to 1st Phorm

1:1 Macro Tracking
In order to see the best results possible, we highly recommend you track your food to understand your intake and identify any gaps that you may have in your diet.
This can be overwhelming and challenging to do on your own, which is why we have PHENOMENAL advisors on the LJW Team to guide & support you every step of the way!
We’ve recently partnered with 1st Phorm to include exclusive access to the Premium version of their app with the LJW 1:1 Macro Tracking!
