Your Domino Effect Starts Here

At Lexi J Wellness, we embrace the diversity of our community, with each member pursuing her own goals. Our six‑week Consistency Challenge rewards the women who actually show up and do the work. When you complete the requirements, you earn an equal chance in the prize drawing for that challenge.

WORKOUTS

Complete 33 of the 36 scheduled LJW workouts during the challenge period to qualify for the workout prize drawing.

  • Workout completion will be tracked inside your LJW Habit Tracker.
  • Everyone who honestly completes at least 33 workouts will be entered into a randomized drawing for one (1) $3,000 cash prize.

Integrity matters. Please only mark workouts complete when you’ve actually done them and respect the effort of everyone working honestly toward eligibility.

NUTRITION

To qualify for the nutrition prize drawing, you must:

  • Be actively working with an LJW advisor in the app, and
  • Hit your customized protein and calorie targets on at least 38 of 42 days (~90%) during the challenge period.

Everyone who meets these requirements will be entered into a randomized drawing for one (1) $1,000 cash prize.

LJW CHALLENGE PRIZES

3 DREAM TEAM WINNERS

  • Trip Dates: June 6/10-6/12
  • 3 lifestyle winners = people who have consistently worked with the LJW team and have shifted their lifestyle to see great results overtime.

LJW HABIT TRACKER

HOW TO TRACK WORKOUTS:

  • Simply follow along with Lexi to complete each workout within our workout library.
  • You'll be prompted to "Complete Today's Workout" once the workout is finished playing.
  • Track your progress in our habit tracker calendar.

FAQs:

  • Workouts must be completed by Sunday each week.
  • If you miss a workout and make it up later, choose the "select a different day" option and mark the appropriate day after you've completed the workout. For example, if you miss Monday HIIT and make up the workout on Sunday, Monday will be marked as complete.

No, you can do just workouts, just nutrition or both!

Yes, we never want to incentivize people to adopt dangerous habits in an effort to win a prize, so in order to win Dream Team, you must be under the advisement of the LJW team for both workouts & nutrition.

Everyone that meets the eligibility of the consistency parameters will be put into a drawing and be drawn randomly, so everyone that shows up & does the work will be eligible to win big prizes!
