When you purchase Core Nutrition or certain other products, your name and email address will be shared with 1st Phorm to set up your access to the 1st Phorm App, included in your plan. We prioritize your privacy and ensure that your information is handled securely.

the BEST workout for a mom short on time

"I've been into fitness for as long as I can remember. However, with a 3 year old and a 3 month old, finding time for myself has become more and more difficult. Finding 28 minutes for me seems way more doable and it's fit into my crazy schedule perfectly. I look forward to my 28 minutes everyday and LOVE THESE workouts. The split is perfect and I am gassed by the end. whoever says you can get a good workout in that fast is a liar. 10/10 recommend these!"

"I eat according to a holistic standpoint. I purchased the nutrition coaching because I did not understand why I was not leaning out. It took some back and forth to really hone in on the personalization of my program. Which is good! Because that means my coach took the time to learn how to truly work with my lifestyle. "It is a challenge for me to stay engaged with an online program because your typically only accountable to yourself. But this program’s approach is truly different. While you still have to discipline yourself to show up, their ongoing encouragement everyday has a way of making you want to. There is opportunity to catch up on any you may have to miss, and the scheduling is extremely flexible, which is key for me now that I’m retired."

I am on my 4th

"I am on my 4th week of the LJW workout program! I am beyond thankful that my bestie Steph Melton from WI recommended me to try this program out. It's perfect for my schedule as I am a work from momma of two and constantly on the go! The 28 minutes fly by as I feel like I am physically in class with Lexi Squared! In the last 4 weeks I have noticed a positive shift in my body! Before LJW I worked out about 3-4 times a week at a gym for about 1. 5 hours. I don't truly know what I am doing in the gym, I really just kind of wasted the last year in the gym not hitting my goals because I wasn't doing the right workouts AND probably wasn't doing the workouts correctly. But since starting LJW I am learning how to do the movements correctly while being supported by an amazing community! I love LJWellnes!!!!"

"A community you didn’t know you needed ❤️ I came for the workouts but stayed for the community. It’s truly so much bigger than fitness. What trainer do you know with hundreds of clients that still knows every single person by name? I’ll wait. Lexi genuinely cares about every person who walks through the door and creates an environment that makes you WANT to keep showing up. And for the price? You honestly can’t beat it. I’ve personally lost 50+ pounds TWICE postpartum with Lexi’s help, support, and workouts.
