the BEST workout for a mom short on time
"I've been into fitness for as long as I can remember. However, with a 3 year old and a 3 month old, finding time for myself has become more and more difficult. Finding 28 minutes for me seems way more doable and it's fit into my crazy schedule perfectly. I look forward to my 28 minutes everyday and LOVE THESE workouts. The split is perfect and I am gassed by the end. whoever says you can get a good workout in that fast is a liar. 10/10 recommend these!"
