Worth every penny…even more!!

"HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this gym guide. I have been with LJW for 2. 5 year doing DB only workouts. For me as the kids got a little bigger and we moved we found a gym close that had child care so it would allow the kids to have some energetic time for them, I still love my db workouts but Keely ( the amazing human and nutrition coach) recommended I try the gym guide since I saw myself being there more and personally lacking on the db workouts. I am now on week 9 and it has been nothing short of amazing, challenging and I have seen so much growth in my knowledge( thanks to the form video links) and body composition change, I am finally confident walking into the gym, knowing what I am going to do. I am able to still be apart of an amazing community and challenge myself and celebrate all the small wins, but Lexi definitely put great effort into this guide and it shows! So thankful for this guide, and even better is once you buy it, it’s always yours so I’m looking forward to doing the 12 weeks again after and see my weight increases!! Don’t sleep on this guide, you won’t regret getting this to challenge yourself!!"

"I've been doing Lexi's 28-minute dumbbell workouts on and off since July 2022. In 2025 I made a commitment to myself to consistently do the dumbbell workouts and the progress I saw was amazing. I decided I wanted to switch things up a little bit and use the gym equipment I'm paying for with my gym membership every month, but still wanted to support Lexi and do her workouts. So I bought the Gym Guide and I would buy it over and over again if I had to. The dumbbell workouts set a great foundation for me, but the Gym Guide has taken my workouts to the next level. They have a lot of similar movements as her dumbbell workouts, but I am able to push myself with heavier weight taking out the limitation of my grip strength. I feel so strong and can't wait to see the improvement over the full 12 weeks. If you have access to gym equipment and are looking to challenge yourself and your workouts, I highly highly highly recommend the Gym Guide."
