"HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this gym guide. I have been with LJW for 2. 5 year doing DB only workouts. For me as the kids got a little bigger and we moved we found a gym close that had child care so it would allow the kids to have some energetic time for them, I still love my db workouts but Keely ( the amazing human and nutrition coach) recommended I try the gym guide since I saw myself being there more and personally lacking on the db workouts. I am now on week 9 and it has been nothing short of amazing, challenging and I have seen so much growth in my knowledge( thanks to the form video links) and body composition change, I am finally confident walking into the gym, knowing what I am going to do. I am able to still be apart of an amazing community and challenge myself and celebrate all the small wins, but Lexi definitely put great effort into this guide and it shows! So thankful for this guide, and even better is once you buy it, it’s always yours so I’m looking forward to doing the 12 weeks again after and see my weight increases!!
