You don’t need to leave the comfort of your own home for an effective workout. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a willingness to work hard.

If you're an active subscriber to LJW 1:1 Nutrition Guidance, Premium Access to the 1st Phorm App is included with your subscription! If you have a separate subscription to the 1st Phorm App, you can cancel it through the App Store/Google Play Store.
