Cold and flu season has made its grand entrance, and let’s be honest—we’ve all been feeling it. The LJW team included! We wanted to pass along some of our go-to habits and immune-supporting favorites to help you stay healthy, energized, and ready to take on whatever the season throws your way.
Start With the Basics:
- Sleep is medicine: Sleep isn’t lazy it’s healing. Shoot for 7–9 hours of quality rest. That’s when your body restores, recharges, and strengthens its defenses.
