When I first joined Lexi J Wellness Lexi J always raved about the book Atomic Habits by James Clear! In this book he breaks down how to form habits in a simple way that actually sticks.
Clear says that one of the proven ways to actually build a new habit is by tracking it!
A simple check of a box or slash on a calendar can actually make you follow through on the habits you want to build.

Habit tracking is both attractive and satisfying, which Clear says in his book are very two important components of habits that stick.
According to research by WVU, when we accomplish a task, our brain releases dopamine, providing the feeling of reward (satisfying) and a fully checked off list is so visually appealing (attractive).
At Lexi J Wellness, we believe and value habit tracking so much that we decided to integrate a habit tracker directly into our workouts!
At the end of each workout you’ll automatically get a pop up asking you if you completed today’s workout where you get to proudly say YES!
Once you click yes, your calendar will automatically turn blue for the day. (Talk about satisfying and attractive!)
You can also earn badges for completing workouts on specific holidays as well as an ongoing streak you can keep up by doing the workouts every single day!
