When I get my meal planning done, 9 times out of 10 pizza night is on the menu!!
My family and I love pizza night!
It’s convenient and oh so yummy!
However, when I’m tracking my macros and really aiming to stay consistent with my intake, traditional ordering out pizza doesn’t always quite fit into my goals.
This is where I started getting creative and made Tortizzas! I remember my brother actually doing this when I was growing up so it’s a little nostalgic for me too. This tortizza recipe is so easy to do my kids LOVE helping out to get supper on the table!

Serving suggestions:
You can make them alone or paired with a side salad to add volume and some more nutrients! It doesn’t have to just be pepperoni pizza either. You can do whatever toppings you prefer just like on your traditional pizza.

I love this recipe for a lot of reasons but especially the simplicity of it! It can be easily put together in a hurry, the ingredients are things I normally already have, it’s high protein, and the kids love making their own pizzas!
