Grown ups and kids alike can get down to some lasagna, but the amount of time and effort it takes to pre-cook all the ingredients and then bake it for an hour... 🥴
Lets simplify the process but keep the flavor with some ✨ lazy lasagna ✨
Macros: (8 servings)
384 calories | 31g of protein | 49g of carbs | 9g of fat | 7g of fiber
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 box protein pasta (we prefer penne)
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 30oz jar of pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef and season with salt & pepper
- Add 2 cloves minced garlic & diced onion
- After ground beef & onions are fully cooked, pour in pasta sauce and mix well
- In a separate pot, boil water and cook noodles according to box
- Combine meat and sauce mixture with noodle and stir well
- Stir in cottage cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese
