Grown ups and kids alike can get down to some lasagna, but the amount of time and effort it takes to pre-cook all the ingredients and then bake it for an hour... 🥴

Lets simplify the process but keep the flavor with some ✨ lazy lasagna ✨

Macros: (8 servings)
384 calories | 31g of protein | 49g of carbs | 9g of fat | 7g of fiber

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 box protein pasta (we prefer penne)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 30oz jar of pasta sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

Instructions:

  1. Brown ground beef and season with salt & pepper 
  2. Add 2 cloves minced garlic & diced onion
  3. After ground beef & onions are fully cooked, pour in pasta sauce and mix well
  4. In a separate pot, boil water and cook noodles according to box
  5. Combine meat and sauce mixture with noodle and stir well
  6. Stir in cottage cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese
