Korean BBQ Beef 🥩
If you're feeling like Asian food, but still have a protein goal to hit, boy do I have the recipe for you!
This dish can be whipped up in about 15 minutes and is a huge hit with my whole family - kids & adults alike!
Macros: (4 servings)
294 calories | 25g of protein | 21g of carbs | 12g of fat
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
Instructions:
1. Start by browning lean ground beef and drain any excess grease
2. Add sesame oil, garlic, & ginger to a pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
3. Add ground beef back to pan with oil, garlic, & ginger mixture
4. Next add in brown sugar, soy sauce, & sriracha
5. Combine well
6. Serve over rice & do the math to double this recipe bc your family will devour this one 😉
