You just finished your workout. You're a little sweaty, a lot proud, and you can't wait to see your streak grow. But the pop up never shows, and now you're wondering if your hard work even counted.
We've all been there, and the good news is that it's almost always a quick fix. This guide walks you through exactly how to log a workout in the LJW Habit Tracker, what to try if the pop up doesn't appear, and how to log a day you missed.
Keep this one handy, whether you're brand new or a few weeks into your streak.
Why Logging Your Workouts Matters
The Habit Tracker keeps your current streak, your personal record, and your badges all in one place. When you log a workout, it shows up on your calendar so you can see your consistency at a glance.
Watching those days stack up is a powerful motivator, especially on the mornings when showing up feels hard. Logging each workout is what turns your effort into progress you can actually see.
How to Get Credit for a Workout
Getting credit takes just a few taps. Here's how it works:
- Log in to your account and go to the Workout Library.
- Press the "Start Workout" button on the homepage.
- Watch the workout all the way through until it's complete.
- When the pop up appears, tap "Complete Today's Workout."
Once you confirm, your workout is logged as complete and reflected in your calendar. That's it!
The Most Important Step: Watch to the End
If there's one thing to remember, it's step three. The completion pop up only appears once you've watched the video in its entirety.
If you exit out early, the pop up won't show up, and your workout won't be logged. So even if you're tired on that last stretch, hang in there until the very end.
How to Mark a Previous Day's Workout as Complete
Did you work out earlier in the week and forget to log it? No problem. You can still give yourself credit for it.
Select the workout you'd like to do, and watch the video until it's complete. When the completion pop up appears, choose "Select Different Day" and pick the date you'd like to log.
This is perfect for any time you want to complete a workout from earlier in the week.
Not Getting the Pop Up? Try This
First, we're sorry if this has happened to you. It's frustrating, and we want you to get the credit you've earned. Let's troubleshoot a few things together.
Remember to watch the video in its entirety and avoid exiting early. If you've done that and still don't see the pop up, check which of these situations sounds like yours.
Are You Using a Browser on Your TV?
We're currently working on a fix for this one, but you may not get the prompt on your TV. For now, log in on your phone and get the pop up that way.
Are You Casting to Your TV?
After watching the workout, you should get the pop up on the device you're casting from. Check your phone or tablet when the workout ends.
If All Else Fails
You can scroll to the end of the video, wait for the pop up to appear, and then mark the day as complete.

Heads Up: The Weekly Lock
Wondering why you can't edit workouts from a previous week? Each week locks on Sunday night at 11:59 PM, and once the week resets, it can no longer be edited.
To make sure everything counts, log your workouts before the weekly reset. A quick check of your calendar on Sunday evening can save you from missing credit for a workout you already did.
Your Next Step: Log Today's Workout Right Away
Here's one small habit that makes a big difference. The moment your workout ends, stay on the screen, wait for the pop up, and tap "Complete Today's Workout" before you do anything else.
Then set a reminder on your phone for Sunday evening to glance at your calendar. If you spot a missed day, use "Select Different Day" to log it before the week locks.
We're Just Getting Started
We're actively working behind the scenes to keep improving the LJW Habit Tracker, and more updates, features, and enhancements are coming soon. Thank you for your patience, your feedback, and your excitement as we build something truly special for you.
Ready to put this into practice? Head to the Workout Library, press "Start Workout," and watch all the way to the end. We can't wait to celebrate your streak with you.
