Homemade Granola Bars
Kid-friendly and kid approved granola bars! Save this for your next meal prep!
Macros: (12 servings)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 1/2 cups whole rolls oats
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp of pepitas
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt and mix well
- Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, and pepitas to the mixture and mix well again until fulled combined
- Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined 8x8 pan
- Pat down until leveled and cover with foil
- Place in fridge for one hour to chill
- Slice into 12 bars and enjoy! (Don't forget to store extras in the fridge)
