Homemade Granola Bars

Kid-friendly and kid approved granola bars! Save this for your next meal prep!

Macros: (12 servings)
282 calories | 8g protein | 34g carbs | 15g fat | 5g fiber

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 1/2 cups whole rolls oats
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips 
  • 3 tbsp of pepitas

Instructions:
  1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt and mix well
  2. Add rolled oats, chocolate chips, and pepitas to the mixture and mix well again until fulled combined 
  3. Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined 8x8 pan
  4. Pat down until leveled and cover with foil
  5. Place in fridge for one hour to chill
  6. Slice into 12 bars and enjoy! (Don't forget to store extras in the fridge)
