Chocolate Protein Donuts 🍩
Who doesn't love a chocolate donut?! Now lets make it gluten-free & dairy-free

Ingredients:
Donut Base:
•Pumpkin puree — 1 cup (245g)
•Unsweetened applesauce — 1/2 cup (65g)
•Zero-calorie monk fruit sweetener — 1/2 cup (192g)
•Egg whites — 2/3 cup (490g)
•Vanilla extract — 2 tsp (8g)
•Cocoa powder — 1/2 cup (40g) BBF organic brand
•Gluten-free flour — 1/2 cup (62g) King Arthur brand
•Chocolate protein powder — 2 servings/scoops (grams vary depending on brand used)
•Baking soda — 2 tsp (10g)
Frosting:
•Dairy-free coconut milk yogurt—1 1/2 cups (340g) or 0% fat Greek yogurt vanilla or plain your preference. Used So Delicious Brand
•Cocoa powder — 4 tbsp (20g) BBF organic brand
•Chocolate sugar-free pudding mix — 4 tsp (16g)
•Zero-calorie monk fruit sweetener — 3 tbsp (36g) can always use less. Sweeten to your taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients (pumpkin, applesauce, sweetener, egg whites, vanilla)
3. In a separate bowl, add dry ingredients (cocoa powder, flour, protein powder, baking soda) in a bowl
4. Add wet ingredients into mixed dry ingredient bowl and combine well.
5. Pour batter into a donut pan and bake for about 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. While baking, make frosting by combining all frosting ingredients and mixing well.
7. Let donuts cool completely, then frost. Sprinkles are optional :)
