Ingredients:

  • 1/2 box sugar free vanilla jello mix
  • 1 cup of a vanilla protein shake
  • a splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sugar free cool whip
  • 1/2 banana 


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the jello mix, protein shake and vanilla extract well until no clumps remain
  2. Place in fridge for 5 minutes to firm
  3. Top with banana slices and cool whip
  4. Go to town
