Lexi J Wellness® Guided Workouts are built to help you stay consistent without overcomplicating your routine. Every workout is coach-led, thoughtfully programmed, and designed to deliver results in less time so you can build strength, confidence, and momentum no matter where you are starting from.


With minimal equipment and full guidance from Lexi, you will never feel lost or intimidated. This program is about showing up, following along, and stacking small wins that lead to real, lasting change, all on your schedule in a way that fits your life.


Each session includes options for different fitness levels, allowing you to start where you are and make progress over time. There is no guessing, no scrolling for random workouts, and no wondering if you're doing it right.


Workouts are filmed for small spaces with minimal equipment and can be streamed on your phone, tablet, laptop, or TV, so you can train before work, during nap time, or after the kids go to bed.


As a Guided Workouts member, you become part of the LJW community of women showing up together and building strength consistently.

Lexi J Wellness® Guided Workouts are built for real life. Every session feels like you’re in class with Lexi and the LJW women, being coached rep‑by‑rep so you’re never guessing what to do.

You’ll see women of all ages and fitness levels moving their bodies, showing options if you’re just getting started or coming back after a break.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a willingness to do the work. We’ll handle the plan, the pace, and the encouragement so you can finally be consistent at home.

All workouts are prerecorded and posted to the LJW Workout Library each day at midnight. You are free to complete the workouts at your convenience!

LJW workouts require limited equipment and can be performed wherever you are! You don’t need to leave the comfort of your own home for an effective workout. All you need is a set of dumbbells* and a willingness to work hard!

*5-25 lb dumbbells are typically adequate depending on strength, however a range of weight can be helpful to get optimal benefits. If dumbbells aren’t an option you can use household items! (eg. canned goods)
